Liebe Eltern der Europäischen Schule München,

Willkommen beim Schülertransport für unsere Schule!

Wir, das ist der „Verantwortlicher für die Organisation des Schülertransports / Shuttle“ im Vorstand der EV ESM und die fleißigen Helferinnen im Büro der EV ESM, möchten helfen den Transport für unsere Kinder zu sichern und, wo nötig, zu verbessern.

Unser Ziel ist einfach:

Sie sollen Ihre Kinder beruhigt auf den Schulweg schicken können.

Dafür stellen wir für Sie das Bindeglied zwischen der Stadt München, den Busunternehmen und der Schule dar. Dies bedeutet für uns, darauf zu achten, dass jeder seiner Verantwortung gerecht wird und, wenn notwendig, entsprechende Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, damit unser komplexes System funktioniert.

Wir bitten Sie, uns dabei zu unterstützen. Bitte informieren Sie uns z.B. bei

• vermehrt auftretenden Unpünktlichkeiten

• Veränderungen der Routenführung ohne Voranmeldung

• oder (ganz wichtig) Mängel bei der Verkehrssicherheit.

Weitere Informationen:

Die Plätze im Schulbus sind immer sehr begehrt. Bitte überprüfen Sie, ob Ihr Kind evtl. auch mit dem MVV (dem öffentlichen Verkehrsnetz) fahren kann. Somit hätten wir einen Platz mehr für unsere „Kleinsten“ und Sie hätten den Vorteil, dass Ihre Kinder dann immer im entsprechenden MVV-Bereich ohne Extrakosten fahren dürften.

Welcome at “school transport” from our school!

We, that is the “responsible for the organization of the School transport / Shuttle” of the Parents Association of the European School Munich together with the hard-working helpers of our office ,would like to help to secure and if necessary to improve the school bus-transport of our children.

Our goal is simple: You should safely send your „little ones“ to school by bus.

Therefore we present for you the connection between the city of Munich, to the coach enterprises and the school. This means for us to pay attention to the fact that each institution works according to its responsibility and in case to seize suitable measures, so that our complicated system works.

We ask you to support us. Please inform us if there is any issues with:

• an increase of a late coming bus

• an unadvertised change on the bus route

• or (very important) issue with the road safety.

Additional information:

The seats in the school bus are always highly solicited. Please check, whether your child perhaps could alternatively use the public traffic network (MVV) instead. We would have more space for our „youngest“ and you would have the advantage that your children might travel in the suitable MVV area without extra costs.
