Our After School Care services for the upcoming new school year 2021/2022 are now bookable in the EV-ESM Booking System.
Our longterm and reliable service partners R.U.F.- rund um die Familie and Die Pauker will continue to take care after your children outside school hours in the coming school year.
The offer of R.U.F. is aimed at kindergarten children and primary school pupils from P1 – P5. The children are cared for according to a situation and needs-oriented approach with various activities to promote creativity, movement and free play. R.U.F. also offers homework oversight support for elementary school pupils.
The offer of Die Pauker is aimed at primary school pupils from P1 – P5. The children are professionally supervised with their homework, practice and revision units of the current school material as well as concentration exercises are offered. Group dynamics and creativity are fostered in joint projects throughout the year, and outdoor exercise is not neglected.

We would also like to inform you that there are two other options for after school care. Both will be available for bookings within the Extra-Curricular Activities module, expected to start from early June:
1. The Homework Academy courses (HAA) – these courses are supervised by highly qualified teachers who are in constant contact with parents via a notification booklet. The teachers actively support the students with their homework and promote individual learning skills. The homework academy is not about tutoring. The children start with lunch together in the cafeteria and start their homework after a short break. The HAA courses are offered in German, Greek, French, Italian and Spanish. The courses take place if there are enough bookings.
The homework academy courses start at 12:05 pm:
HAA German – Mon, Wed until 2:05 pm
HAA Italian – Wed until 2:05 pm
HAA Spanish – Wed until 2:05 pm
HAA Greek – Mon, Wed, Fri until 3:05 pm; Mon and Wed with the option to extend to 4 pm
2. The extra-curricular activities (NSA) in combination with lunchtime supervision (NSA Mittagsbetreuung)
Lunchtime supervision bridges the time between the end of school classes and the start of extra-curricular activities. The children are accompanied to the canteen for lunch and then to their extra-curricular activity. The lunch supervision can only be booked in combination with an extra-curricular activity. (The NSA courses can of course still be combined with the after school care from R.U.F. and Die Pauker und HAA.)
