09/2023   All EV-ESM members are invited to the General Assembly Meeting on Wednesday October 18, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. in ESM Neuperlach, Elise-Aulinger-Str. 21, 81739 München.   As every year, positions on the EV-ESM board become vacant again, as courageous, hard-working parents, who have helped us as volunteers to manage our activities with a lot of enthusiasm, now want to pass their positions further.   Therefore, appeal to all of you: Please do candidate for one of the open positions on the EV-ESM Board to be filled this year, see the Preliminary Agenda GA (German only).   We are looking for a new treasurer this year. 09/2023   Please read this short information on how the MVV cards for the school year 2023/2024, which were delivered to EV-ESM last Friday, will be issued to the pupils:   P1-P5 pupils: can collect their cards between 9am and 1pm from the EV-ESM office at Fasangarten Primary School, from Monday September 4, 2023.   S1 pupils: the cards will be distributed by the class teacher on Monday 04.09.2023.   Pupils of the other classes will receive a separate email when and how the MVV cards will be distributed.   Please remember that any students who applied for an MVV card for the first time and/or have not yet done so, or those who moved during the summer, will need to take an extra step as soon as possible to complete the application process. 06/2023   Registration for canteen services for the school year 2023/2024 is now available in the EV-ESM Booking System.   Please read the detailed information regarding the booking at the canteen section of our website.   We sincerely hope that the canteen service in the HS in Neuperlach will be back in normal operation as soon as possible but until at least December 2023 the mensa will be closed due to water damage and our children will have to consume their warm meal in an alternative room. Together with Organic Garden and the school we are working on all measures in the canteen area of the HS which we plan to implement from September onwards to ensure a smooth and secure operation.  ...

06/2023   As of June 13, 2023 from 12 pm the extra-curricular activities courses for kindergarten and primary school, all external courses and all music courses can be booked. The other courses at the secondary school will be available for booking in September, when the timetables are available. Bookings can be made exclusively via our online EV-ESM Booking System. Please check our course offerings in advance under Information about Booking and Courses on our website. Primary school and nursery school children are not allowed to be unsupervised in the school in the afternoon. Please note that a course booking for kindergarten and kindergarten can only be made in combination with R.U.F. afternoon care or following a Homework Academy course.  ...
