12/2022   New Year is nearly there. We wish you and your families a happy holidays und hope everyone stays healthy.   Before we all leave to rest, some practical information: - Kindergarten and Primary School: last school day is December 21, 2022 - School Transport, After School Care, Canteen and Extra-curricular Activities take place as usual. - Secondary School: school ends on December 21, 2022 at 12:40 pm - Canteen and Extra-curricular Activities take place as usual.   In 2023, the school starts on January 9 - School Transport, After School Care, Canteen and Extra-curricular Activities take place as usual.   Christmas time is also a time to share and to think of those in need. As parent association, we would also like to make a gesture in this direction. We are giving away 4 old MacMinis in an auction and will donate the proceeds to the Förderkreis of the ESM and its Outreach Programm.   06/2022   School Year 2021/22 - Last school day is 1 July 2022. In the primary school and kindergarten there are neither canteen, nor after school care services, nor extra-curricular activities on this day. The school buses depart from the school at 10:05 am. In the secondary school there are neither canteen services nor extra-curricular courses on this day. 05/2022   The end of the school year and thus the time to register for our services for the next school year is now approaching. Before the bookings open please check the General Terms and Conditions of EV-ESM (German only) that will apply for the services booked for the school year 2022/23. Transport   Registration for the school bus and the MVV card will be open from 10 May 2022 until 5 June 2022. Registration deadline for the EV-ESM Shuttle Bus for the first school month of September 2022 expires on 15 August 2022.   Please read the detailed information in the transport section of our website: School Bus MVV Card EV-ESM Shuttle After School Care There are a few changes here. From 2022/23, only R.U.F. will offer afternoon care. Neither NSA lunch supervision nor after school care provided by Die Pauker will be provided anymore. 12/2021 The year is ending, and we hope, we can all spend our holidays with our families and/or friends safe and sound. Looking back and according to the circumstances, the time from September went by quite well and our kids could go to school without too many restrictions. Hopefully, this will stay on like this from January.   Please find below some practical information: Last school day, Wednesday - 22 December 2021: Secondary school - No extra-curricular activities will take place, - No lunch will be served in the canteen, and will not be charged for. Primary School und Kindergarten - After School Care at R.U.F. and Pauker will not take place, - No extra-curricular activities (including NSA lunch supervision or Homework Academy) will not take place, - No lunch will be served at the canteen, and it will not be charged, - School buses/taxis will be driving as usual at noon departing at 12.20 pm.   From Monday - 10 January 2022: Kindergarten will continue running...

11/2021   Dear parents,   on October 19th, 2021 - as every year, our general assembly meeting took place. Due to the corona pandemic, we had to meet online. We would like to thank everyone who was there.   There are a couple of changes again this year within the EV-ESM Board, which I would like to report on.   We welcome 5 new members: EN language section - Anne Ridings IT language section - Magda Vecchi FR language section - Vanessa Doublier Health and Safety - Catherine Jenewein Canteen - Fabrizio Marrone   A lot has also happened within the existing board team: After 3 years within the team as a representative for kindergarten and canteen, I am taking over the chairmanship Roberto Trimarchi changes to deputy chairman in addition to after school care, Désirée Kandolo also takes over kindergarten oversight   The goals that we pursue remain the same and serve to continue to offer our children a nice and pleasant...
