09/2023   All EV-ESM members are invited to the General Assembly Meeting on Wednesday October 18, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. in ESM Neuperlach, Elise-Aulinger-Str. 21, 81739 München.   As every year, positions on the EV-ESM board become vacant again, as courageous, hard-working parents, who have helped us as volunteers to manage our activities with a lot of enthusiasm, now want to pass their positions further.   Therefore, appeal to all of you: Please do candidate for one of the open positions on the EV-ESM Board to be filled this year, see the Preliminary Agenda GA (German only).   We are looking for a new treasurer this year. 04/2023 Teachers, pupils and parents representatives involved in the preparation of the European week need your support! You might help us by donating cake and/or by giving a bit of your time for a cake stall at the Neuperlach site. Here is the planning of the events and charity cake sales for the benefit of the Outreach Programme (https://esmunich.de/en/general/about-us/outreach-programme.html) and the type of help requested: Monday, May 8th: Charity Run: we are looking for 4 volunteers to hold the refreshment stand for pupils (2 parents from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm and 2 parents from 1 pm to 3.30 pm); if parents want to participate in the race, they are very welcome!   Thursday, May 9th: Charity Concert of the ESM Teachers-Band: we are looking for 3 volunteers to hold the cake and refreshment stand (3 parents from 4.30 to 5 pm or to 8 pm) and calling for cake donations;   Wednesday, May 10th: Art Auction and Europakonzert: we are looking for 6 volunteers to hold the cake and refreshment...

  06/2022   School Year 2021/22 - Last school day is 1 July 2022. In the primary school and kindergarten there are neither canteen, nor after school care services, nor extra-curricular activities on this day. The school buses depart from the school at 10:05 am. In the secondary school there are neither canteen services nor extra-curricular courses on this day.
