05/2022   The end of the school year and thus the time to register for our services for the next school year is now approaching. Before the bookings open please check the General Terms and Conditions of EV-ESM (German only) that will apply for the services booked for the school year 2022/23. Transport   Registration for the school bus and the MVV card will be open from 10 May 2022 until 5 June 2022. Registration deadline for the EV-ESM Shuttle Bus for the first school month of September 2022 expires on 15 August 2022.   Please read the detailed information in the transport section of our website: School Bus MVV Card EV-ESM Shuttle After School Care There are a few changes here. From 2022/23, only R.U.F. will offer afternoon care. Neither NSA lunch supervision nor after school care provided by Die Pauker will be provided anymore. 12/2021 The year is ending, and we hope, we can all spend our holidays with our families and/or friends safe and sound. Looking back and according to the circumstances, the time from September went by quite well and our kids could go to school without too many restrictions. Hopefully, this will stay on like this from January.   Please find below some practical information: Last school day, Wednesday - 22 December 2021: Secondary school - No extra-curricular activities will take place, - No lunch will be served in the canteen, and will not be charged for. Primary School und Kindergarten - After School Care at R.U.F. and Pauker will not take place, - No extra-curricular activities (including NSA lunch supervision or Homework Academy) will not take place, - No lunch will be served at the canteen, and it will not be charged, - School buses/taxis will be driving as usual at noon departing at 12.20 pm.   From Monday - 10 January 2022: Kindergarten will continue running...

11/2021   Dear parents,   on October 19th, 2021 - as every year, our general assembly meeting took place. Due to the corona pandemic, we had to meet online.   03/21 Today, we are very happy to introduce you our new EV-ESM Booking System which we have been developing for over a year now. The new system covers all services offered by the EV-ESM in one. It will allow you to have a complete overview of all the bookings for your child/children for the school year 2021/22 onwards. New General Terms and Conditions of the EV-ESM will enter into force with the new booking system, you can read them here. The existing bookings for this school year 2020/2021 are still running in the old systems. 02/2021     As the school is starting again on Monday, 22nd February 2021, we would like to update you on the status of our services in ESM Kindergarten and Primary School. Rules applied will be the same as for last December.   Transport: Will be running as usual.   After School Care: R.U.F and Die Pauker services will be running as usual.   Canteen: Children will be sitting 1,50 m apart from one another. As a consequence all children will not be able to eat warm everyday. 02/2021   Thank you all so much for participating so numerous in our survey about the project of Haus 5 FG (65,5% participation rate!). Thereby the results are very significant.   Haus-5-Umfrage-Survey-Report   As you can see from the complete results, they are also very clear. In evidence are two major issues: security and age of the pupils. Also your concerns about the communication will be taken into account and addressed.   These concerns were brought to all the Stakeholders involved - ESM, EPO, IKG and BMBF in a high-level meeting held on Friday 29.01.2021.   We will follow the development of this project very closely and inform you further....

01/2021   As already communicated by the school, all the lessons at the ESM will run on distance teaching until Friday 29.01.2021. This means the following for our services, at least until 29.01.2021:   Transport No school bus transport, no shuttle bus transport.   Canteen No service. 12/2020   Due to the latest information from the school, our services will change accordingly as follows: starting from Wednesday December, 16  the school bus and shuttle bus transport, garderie as well as canteen services will be stopped until further notice.   Extra-curricular activities: starting from Wednesday, December 16 all remaining in-situ courses will be stopped. The courses marked with online option when booking will now continue online on December 16-18, 21-22 and January 7-8, 2021. The access data for the online courses will be sent directly by the course teacher.   Based on the pandemic development, the situation after January 10 will be reassessed at the beginning of the new year.    ...
