We advise you to do so before the bookings start. Transport School transport for 2024/25 can be booked from May 2, 2024 until May 15, 2024. 06/2023   As of June 13, 2023 from 12 pm the extra-curricular activities courses for kindergarten and primary school, all external courses and all music courses can be booked. The other courses at the secondary school will be available for booking in September, when the timetables are available. Bookings can be made exclusively via our online EV-ESM Booking System. Please check our course offerings in advance under Information about Booking and Courses on our website. Primary school and nursery school children are not allowed to be unsupervised in the school in the afternoon.   06/2022   School Year 2021/22 - Last school day is 1 July 2022. In the primary school and kindergarten there are neither canteen, nor after school care services, nor extra-curricular activities on this day. The school buses depart from the school at 10:05 am. In the secondary school there are neither canteen services nor extra-curricular courses on this day. 05/2022   The end of the school year and thus the time to register for our services for the next school year is now approaching. Before the bookings open please check the General Terms and Conditions of EV-ESM (German only) that will apply for the services booked for the school year 2022/23. Transport   Registration for the school bus and the MVV card will be open from 10 May 2022 until 5 June 2022.   05/21 We are pleased to inform you that from Tuesday June 8th, 2021 at 9:00 am, the bookings for extra-curricular activities for the coming school year 2021/2022 will be opened in the EV-ESM Booking System. Again, we believe that the diverse program we have created will offer interesting courses for everyone. You can find the new course program on our homepage - Extra-Curricular Activities Program 2021/22.   We hope that the whole program can run as planned in autumn.   05/21 Our After School Care services for the upcoming new school year 2021/2022 are now bookable in the EV-ESM Booking System. Our longterm and reliable service partners R.U.F.- rund um die Familie and Die Pauker will continue to take care after your children outside school hours in the coming school year. The offer of R.U.F. is aimed at kindergarten children and primary school pupils from P1 - P5. The children are cared for according to a situation and needs-oriented approach with various activities to promote creativity, movement and free play. R.U.F. also offers homework oversight support for elementary school pupils. The offer of Die Pauker is aimed at primary school pupils from P1 - P5. The children are professionally supervised with their homework, practice and revision units of the current school material as well as concentration exercises are offered. 02/2021     As the school is starting again on Monday, 22nd February 2021, we would like to update you on the status of our services in ESM Kindergarten and Primary School. Rules applied will be the same as for last December.   Transport: Will be running as usual.   After School Care: R.U.F and Die Pauker services will be running as usual.   Canteen: Children will be sitting 1,50 m apart from one another. As a consequence all children will not be able to eat warm everyday. 01/2021   As already communicated by the school, all the lessons at the ESM will run on distance teaching until Friday 29.01.2021. This means the following for our services, at least until 29.01.2021:   Transport No school bus transport, no shuttle bus transport.   Canteen No service. 12/2020   Due to the latest information from the school, our services will change accordingly as follows: starting from Wednesday December, 16  the school bus and shuttle bus transport, garderie as well as canteen services will be stopped until further notice.   Extra-curricular activities: starting from Wednesday, December 16 all remaining in-situ courses will be stopped. The courses marked with online option when booking will now continue online on December 16-18, 21-22 and January 7-8, 2021. The access data for the online courses will be sent directly by the course teacher.   Based on the pandemic development, the situation after January 10 will be reassessed at the beginning of the new year.    ...

11/2020   We would like to  inform you that next week, 9-13 November 2020, the extra-curricular activities will continue as usual. However, due to the worsening of the Corona situation in Munich, some courses will have to be suspended from November 16, 2020 until the Christmas holidays.Together with the school, we try to further minimize the risk of infection for the students and for the whole school community.
