CANTEEN
The PA is responsible for setting up the school canteen service. In addition, the PA supports the goal of providing healthy and sustainable food in the school by working with the school administration, teachers and the Educational Committee. It employs the local catering company “Gröbl Catering”, which runs the canteens at the Fasangarten and Neuperlach sites and the cafeteria at the Neuperlach site.

From September 2026, the following prices will apply for the 3-course menu for the students of the European School Munich:

- Nursery school: €5.80 gross
- Primary school: €6.90 gross
- Secondary school (Abonnement): €7,20 gross
- Spontaneous eater: €7.50 gross.

Payments are made cashless.
Kindergarten and primary school pupils can only take out an annual subscription.
The annual subscription can be cancelled every six months (i.e. at the end of January). If a pupil leaves the school during the year, the subscription can be cancelled with immediate effect. The number of subscription days can be changed. The change must be requested at least one week in advance through the EV Booking Portal.
HOW TO BOOK CANTEEN SERVICES
Sign in to EV-ESM Booking System on www.ev-esm-booking.org.
Under Services on the left menu please go to Manage Bookings and select the canteen box. Please make sure to switch to the correct school year in the upper right corner – 2026/27.
After you complete the booking, you will also receive an automatic email notification.
You can check the status of your booking at any time in the EV-ESM Booking System.
