Please log in to the EV-ESM Booking System. Upon first login since September 2023 you must confirm the class and language section of your children. We advise you to do so before the bookings start.
Transport
School transport for 2024/25 can be booked from May 2, 2024 until May 15, 2024.
With this regard, please carefully read the detailed and up-to-date information for each possible transport option completely.

After School Care
The registration for after school will start on June 11, 2024. Please make a binding decision by July 3, 2024 which booking option is suitable for your family.

Extra-curricular Activities
Bookings for extra-curricular activities in kindergarten and primary school courses at external sites (KG, GS, HS) and music courses (KG, GS, HS) will open on Tuesday June 11, 2024 at 12:00 pm.
Bookings for homework academy courses will also open on Tuesday June 11, 2024 at 12:00 pm.
Please note that course bookings for primary school and kindergarten must be combined with after school care by R.U.F. or following a homework academy course.
The other courses at the secondary school will be made available for booking in September, when the timetables are available.
The complete course program will be published in the EV-ESM homepage approximately a week before the bookings start. You will receive a separate email once the program is available.
Canteen
Tne registration for canteen services will open on June 11, 2024.
