In the primary school and kindergarten there are neither canteen, nor after school care services, nor extra-curricular activities on this day. The school buses depart from the school at 10:05 am. In the secondary school there are neither canteen services nor extra-curricular courses on this day. 05/2022   The end of the school year and thus the time to register for our services for the next school year is now approaching. Before the bookings open please check the General Terms and Conditions of EV-ESM (German only) that will apply for the services booked for the school year 2022/23. Transport   Registration for the school bus and the MVV card will be open from 10 May 2022 until 5 June 2022. 12/2021 The year is ending, and we hope, we can all spend our holidays with our families and/or friends safe and sound. Looking back and according to the circumstances, the time from September went by quite well and our kids could go to school without too many restrictions. Hopefully, this will stay on like this from January.   Please find below some practical information: Last school day, Wednesday - 22 December 2021: Secondary school - No extra-curricular activities will take place, - No lunch will be served in the canteen, and will not be charged for. Primary School und Kindergarten - After School Care at R.U.F. and Pauker will not take place, - No extra-curricular activities (including NSA lunch supervision or Homework Academy) will not take place, - No lunch will be served at the canteen, and it will not be charged, - School buses/taxis will be driving as usual at noon departing at 12.20 pm.   From Monday - 10 January 2022: Kindergarten will continue running...

11/2021   Dear parents,   on October 19th, 2021 - as every year, our general assembly meeting took place. Due to the corona pandemic, we had to meet online.   09/2021   Due to the Corona restrictions, the MVV cards will again be distributed by the class teachers in the secondary school on September 10, 2021.   From  Monday,  once you will have been informed per e-mail: the GS pupils and HS pupils can collect them at the PS Secretary by Ms. Lorenz and respectively at the HS Security Office by Ms. Pilekic (1st floor).   Please note that the MVV cards from the last school year are still valid in the first 2 weeks of school year 2021/22. The MVV-card 2021/22 will be valid from September 1st, possibly from September 13. Please check the exact date on the card.   The City of Munich has issued a 365-day ticket, which covers the entire MVV area.   05/21 We are pleased to inform you that from Tuesday June 8th, 2021 at 9:00 am, the bookings for extra-curricular activities for the coming school year 2021/2022 will be opened in the EV-ESM Booking System. Again, we believe that the diverse program we have created will offer interesting courses for everyone. You can find the new course program on our homepage - Extra-Curricular Activities Program 2021/22.   We hope that the whole program can run as planned in autumn.
